The Foundation for Student Leadership and Success (FSLS) is an education-centered non-profit organization that exists to help facilitate the personal, professional, and leadership development of today’s youth and young adults. The organization is organized exclusively for educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. LLS’s mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since the first funding in 1954, LLS has awarded more than $680 million in research funding. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training (TNT) offers hands-on training unlike any other program. You’ll get more help than with other charities, gyms, online training programs or sports clubs. We’re an established network of coaches, mentors and teammates, built by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society over the past 22 years.

 

Sisters Network Inc. (SNI) is a leading voice and only national African American breast cancer survivorship organization in the United States. Sisters Network is governed by an elected Board of Directors and assisted by an appointed medical advisory committee. Membership is 3000, which includes more than 40 affiliate survivor run chapters nationwide. The organization’s purpose is to save lives and provide a broader scope of knowledge that addresses the breast cancer survivorship crisis affecting African American women around the country.

 

Soles4Souls is a Nashville-based charity that collects shoes from the warehouses of footwear companies and the closets of people like you. The charity distributes these shoes free of charge to people in need, regardless of race, religion, class, or any other criteria. Since 2005, Soles4Souls has given away over 10 million pairs of new and gently worn shoes (currently donating one pair every 9 seconds.) The shoes have been distributed to people in over 125 countries, including Kenya, Haiti, Thailand, Nepal and the United States.
